Text From Source: I am researching the families in England of John Arendt and Henry
Hagestadt who were born in Oldenburg c1805/8 and came to Hull in
Yorkshire about 1825/30 where they married and had families - their
descendants live there still. I would be very interested to hear of
anyone else who is researching this family. Also can anyone tell me
how to proceed to start tracing the family in Germany?
