Your Gt. Gt. Grandmother Sarah was a sister of my Gt. Grandmother Susan. She and her husband William Hewett (1841-1930) had nine children -
George 1867 ; * William 1870-1951 ; Mary Ann (sometimes called Marianne) 1873 ;
Henry Thomas 1876 - 1940 ; Sarah Emma 1876 ; Louisa Jane 1881 ; Alice Mabel 1884
Emily Eunice 1887 and Walter 1891-1965.

* William had two marriages, the first to Lydia Rose Leadner (Ledner) 1871-1900 took place on 7th July 1895 and they had one son William 1896-1917 who died at Arris in France in the 1st W.W.
William then married Louisa Mary Foster 1872-1962 on 5th November 1900 and they had ten children.
Mabel Louisa 1901 ; Ellen Alice Emily 1902-1985 ; Maisie Ivy E.E. 1904-1989 ;
Herbert Cyril 1906- 1990/3 ; Annie Bertha 1907-1984 ; George Henry Banister 1909-1986 ; Mary Gladys M. 1910 ; Stephen L. 1912-1931 ; Walter Charles 1914-1993 and Michael John Victory 1915-c.2007

Of these Herbert Cyril is my father.
