Text From Source: Sir Richard Bacon, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1663. He was the son of Sir Nicholas Bacon, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Freston. He married Anne Bacon, daughter of Sir Henry Bacon, 2nd Bt. and Barbara Gooch. He died circa October 1685, without issue. He was buried on 8 October 1685 at Gillingham, Norfolk, England.
Sir Richard Bacon, 3rd Bt. succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Bacon, of Gillingham [St. Mary], co. Norfolk [E., 1662] in November 1683.
On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.
